Collect peer feedback: everyone on your team answers two questions about each other. What makes it easy to work with you, and what makes it hard?
End-to-end encrypted. Only you read the answers about you, not the group admin.
No accounts. Everything stays in the browser you use.
All feedback is deleted 14 days after group creation.
Someone creates a group and sends the link to the team. Each person opens it, types their name and answers two questions about each of the others. You don't need an account. Up to 20 people fit in one group.
No. This site only knows you in the browser you joined from. If you open the link on your phone or on another computer, it won't know who you are, and you won't be able to read your feedback there. It's best to join on the computer you use every day and stick with it.
Then this site forgets you and you can't get back in. Since there's no account, we can't bring anything back, and the feedback about you is lost. The same happens when you close a private or incognito window, so don't use one for this.
No. The admin page only opens in the browser you created the group in. If you clear that browser or lose the computer before you've clicked Close joining, nobody can unlock the feedback, and no one gets to read theirs.
Open the menu and go to Your groups. Every group you've created or joined in this browser is listed there.
The person you wrote it for, and you. Your teammates can't read it, and neither can the admin or anyone who runs this site.
Yes. Before you send each answer, you choose whether your name goes with it. You can't change that later.
When everyone is done and the admin has clicked Close joining. Then everyone sees theirs at the same moment. We wait on purpose: if answers showed up one by one, you could often tell who wrote them, even the anonymous ones.
No. Once it's sent, it stays as it is, with or without your name, whichever you picked. So read it through once more before you send it.
The admin can wait, remove that person, or click Unlock feedback so everyone can read what they've got so far. Removing someone deletes everything they wrote and everything written about them. People who are still writing can keep going after the feedback is unlocked.
14 days after the group was created, we delete everything in it. The admin can delete the group sooner.
No, the app never sends your feedback anywhere. Once you can read it, a Reflect with AI button copies it for you. You then paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or whichever assistant you like. The names of the people who wrote it are left out. Nothing gets copied unless you click it.
